I had a mixed experience at The Scotsman Hotel in Edinburgh. The historic charm of the building and luxurious aspects of the room were definite highlights, but the blocked internet services affected my stay significantly. The customer service left much to be desired, especially in terms of attentiveness and friendliness. Overall, while there were some positives, several downsides made my experience less enjoyable. 😕
